For most of my career, the chef uniform did a lot of the talking: chef jacket, black pants, kitchen shoes.
Over the last year, I’ve been exploring style more intentionally. Manila is not where that starts. It is where I want to document it properly, alongside the food, people, places and creative work shaping Kultura in Motion.

I’ve spent years refining food. Lately, I’ve been refining how I show up too.
I am not reinventing myself for Manila. I am giving more space to a part of myself that has already been growing.
Some looks will come from Filipino designers, some from rentals, and some from my own wardrobe. The point is not who supplied the most. It is how each look becomes part of the day.
The calendar becomes the archive. Every outfit is documented only once it is confirmed and worn, with proper credit attached to the day it actually lived.
